Welcome to kfc4u. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kfc4u ("we", "us", "our", "the Company") governing your access to and use of the kfc4u website located at kfc4u.cam and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

kfc4u is an online casino and sports betting platform developed specifically for the Malaysian market. Our Platform provides access to a comprehensive range of gaming products including slot games, live casino tables, sports wagering, live football betting, lottery products, and arcade entertainment — all denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and supported by local Malaysian payment methods including Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX.

By accessing the kfc4u Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge and confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an active account on the kfc4u Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. kfc4u strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where age verification is pending or fails.
• Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• Own Account: You must register and operate your account exclusively for your own personal use. Operating an account on behalf of another person, or permitting another person to use your account, is prohibited.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not currently be enrolled in a self-exclusion programme — either through kfc4u or any other recognised gambling self-exclusion registry. Attempting to register while self-excluded is a material breach of these Terms.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

To access the full features of the kfc4u Platform, you are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, contact number, and a valid email address.

kfc4u operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy consistent with responsible gambling and anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. All Players are required to complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal. We may also require KYC completion at any other time at our sole discretion.

Acceptable identity documents for Malaysian players include:

• Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back
• Valid Malaysian or international passport — photo page
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement — issued within the past 3 months)

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify kfc4u immediately via our 24/7 live chat support if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. kfc4u shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. kfc4u reserves the right to apply a monthly account maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable fee schedules, which shall be deducted from the account balance. Players will be notified prior to any deduction.

kfc4u supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/BTC and Tether/USDT). All transactions on the Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method — please refer to the cashier section of your account for current limits. kfc4u reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time, subject to reasonable prior notice.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be met in full.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Player's available Real Money Balance.
• The withdrawal method must match a previously used and verified deposit method (first withdrawal).
• kfc4u targets processing of approved e-wallet and DuitNow withdrawals within 30 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business hours.

kfc4u maintains strict AML compliance procedures. We reserve the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that a transaction may be connected to fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity. Such cases may be reported to relevant authorities without prior notice to the Player.

kfc4u offers a range of promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All promotions are subject to specific bonus terms which supplement these General Terms & Conditions.

• Each promotion is valid for one (1) account per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus Funds are awarded subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any Bonus Funds or derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• During the bonus wagering period, withdrawals of the bonus amount or any portion of the bonus balance may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• kfc4u reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged between Player accounts.

The kfc4u Welcome Bonus packages (including the 288% Magnificent Bonus, 100% Standard Bonus, 188% Esports Bonus, and 2% Cryptocurrency Deposit Bonus) are available to new Players completing their first qualifying deposit. Maximum bonus amounts and applicable wagering requirements are as published on the promotions page and are subject to change. All welcome bonuses are exclusively available to players who have reached 21 years of age.

All games offered on the kfc4u Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology sourced from licensed and independently audited game providers. Published RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term return percentages for each game and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Past results do not influence future game outcomes.

Sports betting markets on kfc4u — including EPL, La Liga, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other events — are subject to individual market rules. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed odds and a system error, kfc4u reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's account. We accept no liability for bets placed on the basis of erroneous odds caused by technical malfunction.

In the event of a disconnection during a live game or sports bet, kfc4u's system will record the last valid game state. Where a game outcome has been fully determined by the game server prior to disconnection, that result shall stand. Where no definitive outcome was reached, the bet may be voided and the stake returned, subject to individual game provider policies.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. kfc4u reserves the right to impose individual account-level betting limits at its discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kfc4u Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and/or forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to defraud the Platform
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error for financial gain — including but not limited to erroneous bonus credits or odds pricing errors
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraudulent payment, or chargeback scheme
• Attempting to access the Platform while self-excluded or during a suspension period
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or permitting minors (under 21) to use your account
• Any conduct intended to disrupt, overload, or compromise the technical infrastructure of the Platform

All content on the kfc4u Platform — including but not limited to the kfc4u brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game content, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of kfc4u or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our express prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kfc4u shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or data arising from technical malfunctions or connectivity issues
• Interruptions to service due to maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events
• Decisions made by Players based on information published on the Platform
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures beyond our control

Our aggregate liability to any Player for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

kfc4u is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across our entire player base. We believe that gaming should remain a form of entertainment and never become a source of financial hardship or personal distress. In line with this commitment, kfc4u provides the following responsible gambling tools accessible from within your account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after pre-set play durations to encourage regular breaks.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform by contacting our support team.

kfc4u operates with strict adherence to minimum age requirements: all Players must be aged 21 years or above. If you are concerned about your gambling behaviour or that of someone you know, we encourage you to seek assistance from responsible gambling support organisations.

kfc4u reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account — and retain or void any associated balance — where, in our reasonable determination, the Player has:

• Breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 8
• Failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Provided fraudulent identity or payment information
• Created multiple accounts in violation of the single account rule

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, kfc4u will process any remaining Real Money Balance (after deducting applicable Bonus Funds not yet released) to the Player's verified withdrawal method within five (5) business days, subject to standard KYC and AML checks.

kfc4u reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to notify active Players via on-platform notification or email to the registered address on the account. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without individual notification.

The amended Terms will take effect upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Clause 12.2.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute between a Player and kfc4u that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to binding arbitration or the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, as applicable.

Before escalating any dispute, Players are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance. kfc4u operates a formal complaints procedure: complaints submitted in writing to our support email will be acknowledged within 48 hours and responded to substantively within 7 business days.
